Welcome to My Embodied Intimacy Course!

This course is designed for women who are ready to reclaim their power and deepen their connections, both with themselves and others. Through a blend of deep and playful practices, you’ll learn how to access self-love, self-trust, and self-empowerment. Together, we’ll explore the idea that you can be your own greatest love and that you have the power and agency to invite the types of intimacy into your life that you desire.

  • For all women who are tired of the old ways of relating to men and who are ready to learn new skills in relating so you can create the relationships you deserve and desire. 
  • For women who have a circle of friends and yet feel lonely and isolated and you want more depth in interaction.

What You’ll Experience:

A Journey of Self-Discovery

  • Uncover the wisdom within your body and learn to trust your inner voice.
  • Self inquiry: What is it you want?  What is your body communicating to you?
  • Skills for tuning in and listening deeply to oursleves in order to uncover the path forward.

Practical Tools for Intimacy

  • We’ll practice essential skills for building intimacy, including clear communication, boundary setting, and the art of asking for what you need.
  • Practicing through simple and safe exercises allows us to build skills for when things are really important to us.

 

Movement Practices

  • As a yoga teacher and dance lover, I’ll guide you through various movement practices that will help you embody the lessons we explore. From grounding exercises to dynamic dance flows, these practices will help you reconnect with your body in joyful and transformative ways.
  • No experience need. All movement practices are accessible to all levels and abilities.

Community Support

We offer a safe container and a supportive community where you can share your experiences, challenges, and triumphs with like-minded women on a similar journey. Our small group will foster bonds and trust that can last a lifetime.

Are You Living in Your Head?

It’s Time to Reconnect with Your Body!

Do you feel limited by the constant chatter of your mind, or are you truly living in alignment with your body’s wisdom? This course offers a safe space to explore what it means to be fully embodied and to experience the freedom and joy that comes with it.  We must first learn to play, be light, find joy and sensation…basically have some fun like we did when we were young!

Sample Course Schedule

  1. Knowing & Trusting You (Sept 12):

Focus: Dropping in, grounding, listening, positive self-talk, and finding your edges.

Homework: Practice solitude and quiet for 10 minutes per day (journal), post 3 positive affirmations where you’ll see them often.

  1. Embracing the Physical Body (Sept 26):

Focus: Body poem, loving what is, dearmouring, and non-linear movement (feminine circles, spirals, waves to balance the physical and energy body).

Homework: Look in the mirror and appreciate one part of your body daily.

  1. Exploring the Subtle Body (Oct 3):

Focus: Cacao ceremony, breathwork, heart-opening practice, and heart and pelvic chakra activation.

Homework: Daily mini meditations, sending breath to your heart and pelvic chakras.

  1. Welcoming Eros (Oct 10):

Focus: Defining Eros, the erotic, and sexuality as life force energy, flow, and sensuality.

Homework: Find 2-3 affirmations and say them daily; move with sensuality for at least 10 minutes each day.

  1. Finding Pleasure (Oct 17):

Focus: Self-seduction, self-touch, sensation, body mapping, erogenous zones, and breathwork.

Homework: Try a new sensation daily on different parts of your body; take the Erotic Blueprint Quiz, then read and journal about your type.

  1. Claiming Body Sovereignty (Nov 7):

Focus: Sacred sexuality, consent (using “Will you?”/“May I?” and the Wheel of Consent), and agency.

Homework: Work with a partner or friend, practice, and refine your boundaries.

  1. Sharing Intimacy with Others (Nov 14):

Focus: Asking for what you want, connection and belonging, the benefits of touch, and a cuddle party.

Homework: Journal about the types of intimacy you desire, who you want that intimacy with, and practice asking for it.

  1. Dancing with Your Eros (Nov 21):

Focus: A dance flow and closing circle ritual to honor your journey and celebrate your newfound embodiment.
